We ship to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden. Free shipping on all orders over €70.

Every order is printed on demand after purchase. Production typically takes 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary by destination: Germany 1–2 business days, Czech Republic 2–3 business days, most of Europe 5–8 business days, Denmark and Sweden 5–15 business days. Total estimated delivery: 7–12 business days for most European countries.

Shipping starts from approximately €3.50 for the first item. Each additional item costs around €1.10 extra. Orders over €70 ship for free. Prices may vary slightly due to currency conversion.

We ship via Deutsche Post, DPD, Spring, UPS and DHL depending on your location. Orders are fulfilled from our production centers in Czech Republic and Germany.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Contact us at support@thecrimsoncomet.com to start a return — do not send items back without contacting us first. If you are in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right for any reason.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@thecrimsoncomet.com if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately once the return is accepted. Contact us at support@thecrimsoncomet.com to begin the process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add a few more days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@thecrimsoncomet.com.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items must be unworn and in original condition — worn or washed items are not eligible.

Our t-shirts are printed on the Gildan Softstyle 64000, a soft 100% ring-spun cotton tee known for its comfortable fit and excellent print quality. Available in sizes S to 3XL.

Each product page includes a size guide. The Gildan Softstyle runs true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Do not tumble dry on high heat. Do not iron directly on the print. Washing inside out preserves the graphic quality over time.
