• Wash and dry your t-shirts inside out. It's a simple yet crucial step.
• Opt for low temperatures and gentle detergents, Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F).
• Don’t spin excessively. Extra spins can lead to more wear and tear.
• Air dry your t-shirts whenever possible. If tumble drying, avoid heavyweight companions like winter coats and blankets.
• Iron your t-shirts inside out and start with a lower heat setting.

Returns

Please reach out to us if something isn't right.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund.

The return request can be made within and no later than 14 days from the date of reception of the package.

The following list includes several cases for which a return will NOT be accepted:

• products with a clear smell of detergent and/or other signs of washing, e.g. ruined designs or any sign of shrinkage;
• dirty products, e.g. with stains, smell, or others;
• products containing evidence of use, e.g. returned with items inside the pockets;
• damaged in any of their components resulting in a decrease in commercial value for the company.

The loss of commercial value caused by the incorrect storage of the returned item may in fact result in a reduction of the refunded amount or in the rejection of the return.

Please contact us at support@thecrimsoncomet.com if you believe you are eligible for a refund. You will be asked for a picture of the defective or incorrect product.

The return will be processed within 10 days after it has been delivered.
